FAQ
Moving is a big decision, and we understand you have questions! Here are a few of the most common questions we receive.
Residents are responsible for:
•Electricity – Electricity service is the resident’s responsibility. The provider for the community is PG&E. Service is individually metered, and billing is based on your specific usage. Please note that our modern, energy-efficient units are all-electric; there is no natural gas service.
•Water – Water service is also the resident’s responsibility. Water is billed based on individual usage through the Tejon-Castac Water District.
•Trash service – Trash service is provided for a flat-rate fee of $15 per month. This charge is conveniently billed along with your rent and is payable through your online resident portal. Residents are responsible for disposing of their household waste at the designated community dumpster enclosures, which are serviced three times per week.
•In-home internet – High-speed internet is available via AT&T Fiber, which comes pre-installed in all units. AT&T is the exclusive provider for our community at this time. Residents are responsible for setting up their own account and paying AT&T directly for their desired service plan.
We offer ample first-come, first-served parking, with both carports and open spaces available throughout the community.
A deposit of $900 is required to remove a unit from the market.
