Moving is a big decision, and we understand you have questions! Here are a few of the most common questions we receive.

When can I move in?

We’re leasing now! Terra Vista officially opened in late April, and we’re excited to welcome new residents. Our community is move-in ready, and we’re currently accepting applications. Join us!

Can I bring my pets?

We welcome your small pets to the Terra Vista family. Your fur babies will love our dedicated dog park, a perfect space for them to run, play, and make new furry friends. Requirements and conditions will be part of a lease agreement.

Where are schools in the area?

Terra Vista kids will have convenient access to excellent schools. Students in grades K-8 will attend General Shafter Elementary School, while high schoolers will enroll at Ridgeview High School. Both schools provide nearby bus pick-up and drop-off locations, making the commute easy and stress-free for families.
